ADMISSION PROCEDURE

Admission Schedule for fresh admissions is notified through print media/social media as well as through the school website.

Parents of new students are advised to go through all the rules and regulations, fee schedule given in the Handbook of Information/on the school Website/notice board before applying for admission or renewal of admission.

The Admission Schedule is supposed to be followed strictly. This also applies to old students seeking admission to the next class.

A child must complete the age of 3+ years for admission to Nursery as on 1st April of the admission year.

Admission in Nursery is given after interaction with parent and child.

Admission in Class K.G. onwards depends on the availability of seats or vacant seats announced.

Parents are requested to submit request letter for admission or getting the name registered. After entrance/interaction, list of selected candidates is displayed on a specified date. Prospectus is issued to the selected candidates only.

At the time of admission Copy of Date of birth Certificate, Aadhar Card, Parivar Pehchan Patra, SRN, School leaving Certificate of previous school, Report Card of Previous class and two photographs are to be submitted.

Photocopies of the above mentioned documents are to be attached with the admission form after proper verification by the admission committee.

Required fee is to be deposited as per schedule announced, failing which the seat is treated as vacant and is offered to the next candidate.

The Headmistress reserves the right to deny admission to any candidate without assigning any reason whatsoever.

The admission stands automatically cancelled if the admission dues are not paid by the last date and time as given in the fee schedule/Admission Schedule. This applies to old students also.

Fee once paid is non-refundable.

Parents apply for School Leaving Certificate on the basis of their transfer. Such request should be submitted in writing before 31 March and should also be supported with a copy of transfer orders.

Issue of SLC will be done after clearance of dues.

The admission is provisional and can be cancelled any time during the session on any of the following grounds:

1. Serious acts of indiscipline/indulgence in any unlawful activity
2. Misbehaviour with fellow students or teachers
3. Regular default in payment of school dues
4. Submission of wrong or misleading facts/fake certificates at the time of admission
5. Violation of rules and regulations of the school
